Yes, for two reasons. First, I use sterile, single-use needles and follow strict hygiene protocols. Second, I won't perform acupuncture on you if it is not beneficial for your condition. In fact, if acupuncture would put you at risk in any way, I will either utilize another method like medical massage, Tui Na, cupping, food therapy, or tuning fork or I will refer you to the practitioner who will better suite your needs. Your safety is my top priority.

For younger children, I often perform needleless treatments by utilizing a tuning fork or other gentle tools provide similar results while keeping the nervous system in a relaxed state
